A walk in the park

Take a guided walk in Roma Street Parklands to find out more about this 16 hectares of glorious green space that also pays tribute to Queensland Greats on a special wall. The walks depart from the The Hub, daily, at 10 am and 2 pm.
I love yoga! So I was please to find out that Anne Noonan leads a free twilight yoga session in the Botanical Gardens at Mount Coot-tha, on the first Saturday of each month at 4pm. It’s feels even better to do yoga in the cool twighlight air with the grass between your toes!
Blair Allsopp will keep you engage for hours in this free walking tour around the city, as he has stories about sights in the city even a local has never noticed, from church bells, ancient coins to creepy gargoyles.
The City Greeters tours depart from the City Hall, daily, at 10 am.
By the end of the week it’s time for a little relief and Knockoff delivers with comic precision every Friday at the Powerhouse, in New Farm. The IMproMafia troupe makes it up as they go along and spice up the act with song on the last Friday of every month around 6pm. There’s also a double bill of music talent every Sunday afternoon from 3.30pm to 5.30pm
